This East Cliff Beach House is just steps to the beautiful sandy beaches of 26th Avenue and Moran Lake in Santa Cruz. It's the home to a local professional surfer and it's a great location for surfers and "surf watchers" alike. This Beach Bungalow has all the amenities for a comfy retreat. Four bedrooms, sleeps up to eight people. Fully furnished for your convenience and comfort. Kitchen has electric stove & oven, dishwasher, microwave, keurig coffee maker and washer/dryer. It's also equipped with cable TV, fireplace & wireless internet. Four bike cruisers are available as well. Front gated courtyard great for entertaining. Easy walk across the street to the beach for a family BBQ, bonfire, or to surf. Great loca!ion

The location was great because we could walk to Pleasure Point with our surfboards. Equally close were other beaches to walk our dog. We did feel the accommodations were not adequately supplied. It was a little dingy and the kitchen was not well supplied with cooking utensils, pots and pans. It would also have been nice to have had beach towels available.

Our stay was wonderful. We were within walking distance of the beach and it was a very relaxing location.

We had a great time at the beach rental. I was very pleased with the amount of room, since we had 8 adults and 1 small child.
