Better Than Expected!!!

We couldn't have had a more enjoyable 4 days in Capitola. The house was great for an extended family and the weather couldn't have been better! It was the first sunny weekend all summer. We will be back!

The house was equipped with everything you need from sheets, blankets, pillows to storage space to any kitchen appliance & tool you could think of. Was decorated beautifully. The yard was gorgeous with lots of flowers.

This was a really clean house. The perfect location for walking down to the pier in Capitola, shopping and even Shadowbrook for dinner. We had 4 adults, 1 teen and 1 youth in our group and there was plenty of space and parking. We go to Capitola every year and would stay at this house again.

The location of this house is very good, verything is clean and in good condition. But the gabage collection needs to be improved.

Overall this was a good place to stay. The house layout is very open and the bonus room was great for kids. It was walking distance to beach and town, but a little far to bring beach toys or boogie boards. Very clean and updated, t.v. in every room. Large backyard. It would have been nice to have a queen bed in the second bedroom rather than the day bed. Would stay again.
