This lovely home is bright and cheerful, with an open kitchen /living room with many windows, nicely furnished and decorated, wood floors, forced air, and a gas stove in the living room. From the deck you have slight river views. Take a stroll down the path along the river and enjoy the coastal wildlife and the historic train bridge. Enjoy the river front beach area for picnics and bbq's. This lovely vacation condo is perfect for a family. It is a short stroll to Capitola Village, restaurants, boutiques and, of course, the beach. Parking is available for one car.

relaxing but..

We have stayed here before and love it but.. this time it seemed like the master bed comforter and floors were very dirty. The comforter/pillows had a "slept in" smell and I had to sweep the entire house the first day, lots of sand and dust, not from us! The location is great and I love the lay out of the house. It just felt like it was dirty this time! Definitely need more bath towels.

Capitola is our favorite place to vacation with the family. This was our first time staying in the Riverview ave. house & we loved it! Can't wait for next year...

Great place to stay, very comfortable and roomy

The only problem with this place was the parking. Very hard to get into and other people park real close to you. One night was completely blocked and could not get in, causing a problem. Other than that had a wonderful time and wonderful stay. Great place.

Grandma, Great Grandma, God Mom, Mom, Auntie Jen and Baby Gage all had a wonderful weekend at this house. The house and furnishing are absolutely beautiful, you can see the river and the ocean from the back porch. You couldn't be more in the middle of everything if you tried. The only bad part, and i believe it is all of Capitola is the parking. But what a great time we had.

We absolutely loved our stay at 325 Riverview avenue in Capitola. This 2 bd, 2 bath upstairs flat was immaculate, newly/tastefully remodeled, bright and cheery and just a 1-2 minute walk from the beach. It was very roomy for the 5 of us with a nice balcony looking out onto the river and ocean. The only drawback was that you had to close your bedroom windows at night to eliminate the noise from the few passersby on the street below. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

From coffee on the balcony in the morning to dinner at the table in the evening we loved our stay.This house has wonderful views, has all the modern amenities and feels like home.

Very nice house but no closet space and no beach towels. Location is great, just needed more of the basics. Additional chair in main room needed for seating. Otherwise, a very nice place and would love to stay again
