Great vacation

Great location, 2 parking spots, short walk to the beach. We have a 2 year old that loves to climb so I don't recommend for that type of child. 2 stories with a huge fall to the downstairs. kitchen garbage was bathroom size and like other reviews say not enough toilet paper or garbage bags.

I stayed here with 5 of my girlfriends and we had a great time. The location is right downtown in the village. so walking to the shops and beach was easy We had 3 cars with only 2 parking spaces but the unit is only a block from the public parking lot where we parked the 3rd car. We just had to feed the meter ever 12 hours which wasn't a big deal. The unit was comfortable and clean. The only thing I could recommend is upgrading the towels because they were very thin and scratchy. Also, the 2nd bedroom only has a full size bed which was a little tight for 2 adults. The room is probably too small for a queen though and luckily we're all close friends. Overall I would rent this unit again. The management company was great too!

We stayed at 318 Capitola ave for our mini summer vacation this past June and found it to be the best experience ever. Not only was it in the heart of Capitola, everthing was in walking distance, but it was quiet and very comfortable. We didnt have to worry about parking because there were two parking spots provided for us. The inside of the condo was decorated very nicely~and the washer/dryer was a definite plus. We also brought our dog with us which was also an added benefit. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and my kids can not wait to go back there and stay at the condo again. It was truely a great vacation experience!

My family stayed at this beach house in May and had a great time. The pictures don't do this place justice. The beach house was very clean and fully stocked with everything we could imagine. They even had toys for my toddler.The beach house is walking distance to everything in Capitola and the perfect size for a large family. I would highly recommend this beach house to others and plan on staying here again in the future.

This is a nice townhouse right in Capitola village. The bedrooms were nice and the kitchen was in great shape. Having laundry is very nice. You are right in the middle of Capitola village and can walk to the beach and restaurants very quickly. We were there over Labor day weekend and had a problem with the owners of another unit allowing their visitors to park in our spot. We had two spots and they kept taking one making it very difficult to park. I would bring caution tape and tape off the parking spots when you leave so they are there when you return. I liked the condo but wouldn't stay there again because of the owners of the other townhouse and their attitude about the parking. They were very rude and kept allowing their guests to block the parking.
