We've stayed at 301 Cherry several times and absolutely love it. Location is perfect and it's very comfortable with all the needed amenities. Rooftop deck is the best part of this home!

Although this place was a bit dated in terms of the interior deocoration and furniture, the location is absolutely incredible. Literally less than 5 mins from everything in Capitola... Another bonus was the roof deck: good view and great place to enjoy a few cocktails. If your vacation plan is to spend a lot of time relaxing at the house, this is probably not the place for you. If you're planning to be at the beach, shopping and/or at restaurants/bars most of the time -- this is the place for you!
