we have stayed at this place three or four times. It is always clean and light and comfortable. So close to the beach and the garage and carport are wonderful. The owner is so friendly. The only negative is that it is a little noisy in the living area at times because it is near the road. But I still would stay at this place.

great home and a great location

This was our first time renting a home in Capitola and we really enjoyed it. Everything was neat and clean and the location was perfect! If you plan on cooking in the kitchen, be sure to bring your own spices since there are none already there. But the kitchen did have adequate pots, pans, utensils, dishes and glasses. Overall, this is definitely a great home for a small family to rent and very close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants!
