Happy 35th anniversary...

We were upgraded to the 3 bedroom unit at 213C Monterey due to a flood in the original rental unit which is a larger unit and very comfortable. With the large deck and 2nd bathroom we felt very much at home. The unit had everything from pots and pans, t.v., extra toilet paper and your own parking space. We would suggest you allow for wireless access with password to keep connected to the outside world or just look up local places to go. And we would probably not stay in this location again as the traffic noise is very loud...however, we would consider renting again from Beach House Rentals in the future.

Comfort of Home

The triplex unit was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for my teenage daughter and our 2 dogs. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare our food, and clean up with after. We were within a very short walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants. While the complex we were in was pet friendly, we were not informed that the beach did not allow dogs. We had hoped to be able to take our dogs to the beach without having to travel by car to another location. All in all though, I would highly recommend this location. I will gladly do business with Beach House Rentals again, but I will try to stay at a location where we can take the dogs on the beach.

Thank you for your review. We have many dog friendly properties that are close to dog friendly beaches. While Capitola Beach does not allow dogs on the sand, there are many other amazing beaches that do. We will be happy to assist you when you start looking for your next vacation rental.
