Nice but not worth the money.

This unit is very nice but too expensive. This is the second year I have rented it.Now I have rented a unit in the front row with two bedrooms for much less money the same week next year. Liking that we will be in the front row and saving a bunch of money!

Great location on the beach in the Village

This small apartment is the best location we have found to be 'right' on the beach in the Capitola Village. A little hassle to find a parking spot on the street with the provided permit but once that is done there is no need to drive the rest of your stay. The unit is very nice and up to date. We have stay here twice.

For the price, you should have an assigned parking spot instead of looking for a parking space every time you needed to use your car. The pull out sofa bed mattress needs to be replace. The place is right off the beach and wonderful views of beach/ocean and close to the pier. At times you have to close you windows due to the Bq's and bond fires going on right out your window.

This is a premium property. You can watch your family from the kitchen sink or dinner table. Excellent views and location. The rent isn't cheap and parking is an issue. "Don't Park in the parking lot, you will get towed". I found out the hard way. Beach House Rentals will take care of you. They are very responsive. In the end, we would love to stay there again. For my kids "Priceless".

This beach house was very nice, updated and in a prime location. No parking available at all!!!. Received a parking pass, but had to park up the road. While loading to leave, We received 2 parking tickets. Welcome to Capitola. Better time to stay is during the week. Not weekends.
