Great location, comfortable and quiet

Not fancy, but pretty comfortable. Excellent location steps from the beach and pier and just over the river from the village. Would have liked a bit more comfortable chairs in the living room. Otherwise the furniture was acceptable. Nice to have satellite TV. We were traveling with our two dogs and really enjoyed waliking them around teh village and hanging out on some of the dog friendly patios - especially Brtiannia arms. Condo was great for accomodating our dogs. Sadly, dogs aren't allowed on the beack in Capitola. Great dog beackes a few minutes drive away though. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this property again the next time we come to Capitola!

Great location- a little overpriced for condition

Loved the location- steps to the beach and town. Was a little disappointed with the size of the kitchen and cleanliness of it. Great location if you have a dog that needs to get out and exercise. Beach says no dogs, but on the other side of the pier there is a small secluded beach that was great for running the dog off leash, where the authorities didn't bother us.

We celebrated my wife's birthday there and were pleased overall. There was a clogged drain issue upon arrival, but we received a immediate service call which was very much appreciated. The view was great ! We would like to stay again in the future :)

The house was clean, well-equipped, and in a tremendous location. Beach House Rentals was easy to work with. We'd definitely go back.

A few minor upgrades to the kitchen and furniture would go a long way with this condo. The bathrooms were recently upgraded and nice, but for the money we spent a dishwasher and decent sofa and chairs should not be to much to ask for. Being that close to the beach was great and overall we had a wonderful time. The bottom line is, you are paying for the view and the location, which are fabulous, just don't expect 5 star accommadations.

We loved the veiw. would like to have a new Bar-B-Que and new - more comfortable balcony chairs. Upgrade the cable package, can't even get a Giants game! Screens on the bedroom windows would be nice.

The location was wonderful, within walking distance to the town, steps to the beach and wharf. The condo was clean and we had plenty of room. We especially liked the balcony, we could sit out in the morning and have our coffee, and in the evening our wine and listen to the waves...

Everything was great! Working with Stephanie was great. Perfect location. great view, close to beach and walking into town and to Shadowbrook restaurent. We made Thanksgiving dinner. Maybe just have a CD/radio in the unit. We are already thinking about next year! Great time!!

great view but home not so cozy

We loved the view from the home and that you could hear the ocean. The balcony was big enough for our family to sit outside and talk, read, do whatever. So it was great from that perspective. But we wanted to cook at the house, and the kitchen was small and lacking a few things or had some minor inconveniences (like having to move the microwave closer to the outlet each time you used it). The home wasn't that cozy, but the location and view were great. You're definitely paying a premium for the view and not the amenities of the house.
