Very clean

I loved how clean the condo was. I think it would have helped to know that this place was divided into 3 floors and that the bedrooms were on the top and bottom floors and that the showers were only on the bottom, we had my elderly father with us and he was having a hard time going up and down the stairs, plus I was a little concerned for my grand-daughter as well. All in all we had a great time and I plan on returning in the future. Its not to far from the beaches or the boardwalk too, just a few blocks is all, plus there are shops and restaurants within walking distance too which I loved.

We liked the home it was comfortable with enough room for everyone. Our teenage boys loved the loft. We liked the location, we liked how it was within walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk.

Close to beach and boardwalk, loved the location. Spent 4 days with my children & their spouses and grandchildren. Plenty of room to spare and easy access to beach, boardwalk, Capitola and local restaurants and stores.

Although we wish we could stay at a place with an ocean view steps from the beach, this is just about good enough! A great location walking distance to Seabright Beach, the Yacht Harbor, and the Boardwalk. Even a couple blocks from a great park for kids and dogs, with an ocean view for parents. The house itself is as expected. Nice decor and furnishings. 2.5 bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. The floors are very loud on the bedrooms downstairs (too bad for babies!) and there is a spiral staircase to the loft, but those are all things you can deal with. They need a dehumidifier downstairs to ventilate the place, but it's not too bad. It's a very comfortable house with room for cozy 6-8 people.
