A nice experience

The apartment was clean it was well equiped but we would have liked a kettle been British. Plenty of towels and bed linen. As we were travelling for a family wedding we appreciated the iron and ironing board and the hair dryer provided. We were near to all the shops and cafe's and the rest of our family who were also staying in rentals in Capitola. We had a very enjoyable stay. The only problem we had we could not open the door to the room where the washing machine and dryer were kept as our keys did not fit we are sure if we had contacted the agents it would have been sorted out.

Great Locale, Nice Beach House in a Quint Neighbourhood

Rental process was easy. Beach House Rentals were great to work with. We love the location, the house was clean, fairly well equipped. We had a nice time and would definitely come back. A few things not mentioned but was provided: hair dryer, coffee filters and blender. Here's what would have made it a 5-star review: 1. Working internet / wifi connection (it died after our first day); 2. Newer pots and pans (they had really old, scratched up teflon pans) 3. Newer TVs or provide MP3 speakers again, Beach House Rentals has a team of helpful people. Wonderful to work with.

The condo was very clean and comfortable, easy to find and within walking distance to the beach. This is a great place for a group of friends or a family to stay. More affordable then a buch of hotel rooms. We very much enjoyed our long weekend and we can't wait until next year to do it all again!

Great place and great location. We stay every year the same weekend and have enjoyed our stay every time. The place is clean and comfortable.

messy but nice and close

This is a neat little condo and very close to everything. However, all carpets were soaking wet for the first two days. The cleaning before-hand was awful. Dirty dishes, floors, countertops and drawers. If the cleaning crew did a better job and maintenance people showed up like they were supposed to, it would have been a great stay altogether.

We took our kids and 2 of their friends for a birthday/vacation and we had a great time. The house was in walking distance of the beach. It was nice and clean and very comfortable. The kids, my husband and myself had a great time, and would definately stay there again.
