Nice, close and comfortable!

I was very happy with our stay at this beach rental. We had 8 of us and we slept comfortably. I was worried about there not being enough hot water as there was only 1.5 baths, but we had plenty of hot water even after we all showered. Beach house rentals made it very easy to rent through them and gave very good instructions and directions. The kitchen had sufficient supplies with utensils/platewares/cups. While we didn't do any cooking, it did seem there were adequate supplies and a large refrigerator to accomodate this. The location is super close to the beach, just turn the corner, walk down a bit and you're there at a beach. It does not have a balcony the living room has a large window for viewing. What I liked best was that I didn't need to worry about hot water and that it was comfortably close to the beach.

Relaxing Fun Stay

We had a very nice stay here. We stayed for 3 nights in mid-August. The unit was clean and comfortable and just a short walk to Capitola Beach. We had a great time playing at the beach with our 5-year old son and his toddler cousin. It was very pleasant to roam around the small town area right around the unit. One thing to keep in mind is that the unit does not really have an outdoor area (like a patio or back yard) so activities like barbecuing are not really an option unless you want to use the sidewalk. Not a problem for us as we enjoyed hanging out in the town.

The place was darling and a perfect set up for our family of 5. It could have been cleaner and the kitchen wasn't as well equiped as we would have liked. We liked how close it was to the beach and having our good friends right next door in the a unit.

Perfect for us 4 -- and the kids could have each brought a friend! Close to beach & entertainment. We had a great time...will keep booking with Beach House Rentals... for our 3rd year.

This is a very cute unit just minutes from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Nicely decorated, very well maintained, and with all the basics needed for a short or longer stay. It is located right in the center of the beach area but with little traffic on this particular street. A very big plus is that it comes with a garage. I stayed for four months and it was great to know I would always have a place to park. Very easy access to/from the Highway and grocery store, mall, etc. The Property Management firm and the owners really care both about the place and making sure you have everything you need. Very responsive. Great place.
